Had his redshirt lifted in Game 10 by playing two first-half series in relief of a hobbled Nantkes ... Started and played every down one week later in near-victory over Colorado State, completing 12 of 26 passes for 172 yards ... Started season finale at Wyoming before being replaced by Nantkes in the second quarter after hitting four of his seven attempts for 36 yards and his only interception of 2003.
