	Rebels Announce 2008 Signing Class Five players have signed national letters of intent to play men's soccer for UNLV starting in the fall of 2008, while the Rebels will also add two mid-semester transfers, UNLV head coach Mario Sanchez announced on Tuesday. [ + ]
	Rebels Announce Summer Camp Dates The UNLV Men's soccer program is excited to announce their 2008 summer camps. A total of five camps will be held this summer at Peter Johann Memorial Field and other location in Las Vegas. Two new additions to the great line up of camps this summer are the High School Elite Boys Residential Camp, July 10-13 and a Full Day Youth Soccer Camp, July 21-25. [ + ]
	Rebels Claim Win In First Spring Contest The UNLV Men's Soccer team opened up its 2008 spring season with an impressive 4-2 win over German Youth Pro Team Borussia Monchengladbach on Tuesday night. The German visitors are a team of players hoping to one day sign a professional contract to play in the Bundsliga (German First Division). [ + ]

Six Rebels Earn Academic Honors
Six members of the UNLV men's soccer team were named to the Mountain Pacific Sports Federation Academic All-Conference Team, it was announced on Tuesday. [ + ]

Cruz Named All-Freshman By College Soccer News
Forward Daniel Cruz of ¬UNLV was named to the College Soccer News 2007 All-Freshman Second Team, it was announced this week. Cruz, the 2007 MPSF Newcomer of the Year and a All-MPSF First Team selection, is the first Rebel to ever earn national freshman honors. [ + ]

Rebels Climbs Back Toward National Scene In 2007
The UNLV men's soccer team took a big step toward getting back on the national soccer scene with the 2007 season. Mario Sanchez, in his second year as the Rebels' head coach and the 2007 MPSF Co-coach of the Year, Mario Sanchez, brought in 12 new players to the program (6 transfers, 5 freshmen, and 1 walk-on). The chemistry of the team had clearly changed and a new competitive attitude was emerging. [ + ]

Prospect Camp To Be Held In February
The UNLV men's soccer staff presents their 2008 Prospect Camp, which will be held from Feb. 9-10, 2008, on the UNLV campus. The camp will be held for High School and Junior College Students. [ + ]

Cruz, Sanchez Named Best Of The MPSF
Forward Daniel Cruz of ¬UNLV was named the Mountain Pacific Sports Federation Men's Soccer Newcomer of the Year while second-year head coach Mario Sanchez was selected as the Co-Coach of the Year, the league announced on Monday. The MPSF also announced its all-conference teams, and four Rebels were selected, including two on the first team. [ + ]

Rebels Fall In Season Finale
Air Force scored the lone goal of the game less then seven minutes into contest to hand the UNLV men's soccer team a 1-0 loss in the final game of the regular season for both teams on Sunday afternoon. The loss gave the Rebels a final record of 7-10-2, their best since a 12-8 mark in 2002, and 3-7 in the MPSF. The Falcons improved to 5-12-1, 3-7 in league play. [ + ]
